Anti-Puppy Farm Legal Clinic

Find out more about our clinic.

Supported By:

The Animal Law Institute established the Anti-Puppy Farm Legal Clinic to hold unscrupulous breeders accountable and send a clear message to the pet farming industry: you won’t get away with it.

The Animal Law Institute can provide free legal services to Victorian residents in certain situations who have purchased a domestic pet from a person or entity and later discovered the pet has an underlying health condition that was not disclosed by the seller prior to the sale.

Our lawyers can help you understand your options and how to take legal action against people breeding and selling sick animals.
